Kegiatan ini menghadirkan pemateri internasional dari India, <strong>Dr. Anzar Aquil<\/strong>, yang menyampaikan materi mengenai pola kerja masyarakat India yang dikenal disiplin, tekun, dan berorientasi pada perkembangan diri melalui <strong>growth mindset<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Melalui pemaparannya, peserta mendapatkan gambaran tentang bagaimana budaya kerja di India mendorong individu untuk terus belajar, beradaptasi, dan menghadapi tantangan dengan sudut pandang positif \u2014 sebuah karakter penting yang perlu dimiliki generasi muda untuk menjadi pemimpin masa depan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seminar ini dihadiri oleh mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako, khususnya dari Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP), dan dilaksanakan di <strong>Ruang Senat FKIP Universitas Tadulako<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kami mengucapkan terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya kepada <strong>Dr. Anzar Aquil<\/strong> atas ilmu, inspirasi, dan perspektif baru yang dibagikan kepada para peserta. Terima kasih juga kepada seluruh mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Tadulako yang telah berpartisipasi aktif, serta semua pihak yang mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan ini.
